John R. Huttner
President / CEO

John R. Huttner founded David J. Hollinger Associates, an executive search firm in 1970, and Hollinger Jobs, a professional recruitment firm in 1994. The Hollinger group began its 48th year in January 2018 recruiting and providing exceptional talent to the Insurance and related Industries. Hollinger, with offices in NY/NJ,  FL and three additional locations throughout the U.S., serves the needs of our clients in all 50 states. John is President and CEO of Hollinger, is a former Membership Chair and an active member of the National Insurance Recruiters Association (NIRA), as well as, a member of the Above Board Chamber, the Chamber of Commerce, the HR Collier chapter of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the International Association of Insurance Professionals (IAIP), and the Worldwide Employee Benefits Society.  Additionally, he is on the Advisory Board of the Above Board Chamber and Collier Childcare Resources (CCCR).  John did his undergraduate studies at Queens College in NYC and his graduate studies at City College of New York, CCNY, and Fairleigh Dickinson University. Honorably discharged, USMC, 1967.

James A. Lieberman

Jim Lieberman joined the staff at Hollinger as a Senior Recruiter, in 2002. Prior to Hollinger, he successfully ran a University Learning Center and was a Branch Manager for a National Staffing firm. Jim brings ten years of successful experience in recruiting, training and career management within the Sales, Education, and Telecommunications disciplines. He did both his undergraduate & graduate studies at Northeastern University in Boston, MA.

Vice President, Operations

Sarah Walter joined Hollinger in 2006 as a recruiting assistant & customer service associate. Her previous 7+ years of staffing and customer service quickly moved her to the Operations role that she currently holds. Additionally, Sarah is Hollinger’s Special Projects Manager, supervising a staff of five. Sarah did her undergraduate work at Daytona State College, Florida.

Chris Belmer
Vice President

Chris Belmer joins Hollinger Jobs as our newest recruiter as of May 2017. He has a background handling NY and CT Agency/Broker recruiting. Chris also comes to us with an extensive management, customer service and training background. Chris also has experience in other positions where he networked extensively with the Human Resource Partners to identify new job opportunities. He also recruited, interviewed, hired and trained all new employees.

Adele Maria-Cui joined Hollinger in 2016 as Senior Vice President, Finance. Prior to joining Hollinger, Adele held various management and functional positions in the following business areas: Diversity, Executive HR, Community Development, International Network Operations Group, Internal Auditing, and Human Resources.
